The successful candidate will develop an advanced, cross-disciplinary research program within the field of toxicology applied to environmental health, with a specific emphasis on elucidating the impacts of chemical environmental contamination on human health. The applicant will engage in collaborative efforts to fortify and broaden the research teams within the Louvain Centre for Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology (LTAP), situated in the research facilities of IREC.
The prospective appointee will be entrusted with pedagogical responsibilities in the domains of environmental health and toxicology, or at their interdisciplinary nexus. These responsibilities encompass teaching duties spanning both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in addition to the supervision of master's and doctoral theses. The role entails assuming administrative and organizational responsibilities within the Faculties.
